The legal metrology team of the European Commission has informed us that the external consortium to help with the evaluation of the MI and NAWI directives has been selected.

The members of the winning consortium are the Centre for Strategy & Evaluation Services LLP (CSES)  and Spark Legal Network supported by Asterisk Research & Analysis and the Czech Metrology Institute as subcontractors. The contact persons for the study are Mark Whittle (mwhittle@cses.eu) and James Eager (jeager@cses.eu) from CSES.

They will prepare the Legal Metrology Team of the European Commission a study to provide information and gather evidence the Legal Metrology Team of the European Commission can use as part of the evaluation. They will be helping the Legal Metrology Team of the European Commission to manage the web-based survey, the interviews and the workshops. During this work they may also contact us. The consortium has been selected based on a recent framework contract by reopening the competition for interested tenderers.
