GUIDE SUMMARY:
As all member states have implemented the Directives 75/106/EEC and 76/211/EEC relating to ‘e’-marked prepackages which were to facilitate free movement of these products. The European Legal Metrology Cooperation (WELMEC) working group 6 has prepared a series of documents to assist competent departments, packers and importers in complying with the Directives’ requirements
